Job Description

The ML Data Operations team at Amazon enables automation at Robotics Fulfillment Centers. This team supports Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams by providing real-time and offline (image/video) data auditing services, helping maintain inventory accuracy across fulfillment centers.

As an Associate, you will:

• Watch videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers.
• Apply human judgment along with provided tools and resources to annotate and verify activities captured in the video.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy to support fulfillment center stow quality.
• Perform precise video/image audits under general supervision, aiding defect reduction.

This is an operational role requiring speed, accuracy, and focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Watch hundreds of videos per shift and provide responses aligned with accuracy (quality) and speed (productivity) goals.
• Follow right/acceptable practices while auditing videos/images.
• Take pre-defined breaks and ensure 6.8–7 hours per day are dedicated to video responses.
• For work-from-home associates: maintain a dedicated workspace (table, chair, adequate lighting) and ensure data confidentiality.

Candidate Expectations

• Willingness to work in a non-technical role for a 6-month contract.
• Ability to audit image/video/text-based jobs accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, even with blurry or low-quality videos.
• Ability to work with incremental targets/goals on quality and productivity.
• Consistently fast-paced and high-performing.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.
• Ability to work in remote teams and as a team player.
• Readiness to attend office days when required (for remote associates).
• Willing to enable laptop camera during virtual meetings.

A Day in the Life

• Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts.
• 9-hour shifts, including pre-scheduled breaks.
• Shift timings may change every 3–4 months or per business requirements.
• Night shift allowance provided as per Amazon policy (if applicable).
• Weekly Offs: Rotational 2 consecutive days off (not necessarily Saturday/Sunday), aligned with business discretion.

About the Team

The Data Auditing Operations team provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities for hands-free stowing via video/image audits.

• Associates review short videos (15–20 seconds) of product stowing actions.
• Accurate human auditing improves the effectiveness of automated processes.
• Performance is evaluated to support continuous improvement and coaching.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
