About Us

We are an AI-native platform in the Ed-Tech industry, currently in stealth mode and planning to launch by the end of 2025. Our founding team comprises alumni from IIM A and ISB, with prior experience in leading consulting and product firms. We follow a product-first, agile roll-out approach and are looking for passionate individuals to join us on this journey.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and launch the AI platform MVP
• Integrate OpenAI / other LLM APIs and workflows into the platform
• Design scalable front-end experiences with responsive UI and clean workflows
• Develop and maintain a secure, reliable backend for user management and data handling
• Collaborate closely with founders to rapidly test and iterate on features
• Contribute ideas to shape the product roadmap, user journey, and technical direction

Requirements

• Proficiency in full-stack development (Node.js / Python + React / Next.js preferred)
• Experience with API integrations, especially with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and authentication systems
• Ability to build clean, functional UIs (React, Vue, Angular)
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Vercel, or similar)
• Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Lovable, Base44)

Who You Are

• Excited by the intersection of AI, education, and career guidance
• Comfortable working in a lean startup environment with limited resources
• Open to 0–1+ years of experience (freshers welcome)
• Interested in part-time or full-time commitments (remote setup currently)
• Open to equity, stipend, or founding team discussions depending on fit

Job Details

• Experience: No prior experience required
• Salary: ₹3,00,000 / year (Variable: ₹0 – ₹2,00,000) + ESOPs
• Work Days: 5 days / week
