About the Role

The Transportation Representative (L2 Associate) serves as the primary liaison between Amazon and its delivery partners. You are the face of Amazon to our delivery partners—ensuring smooth communication, efficient problem resolution, and continuous process improvement to enhance delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main interface between Amazon and delivery partners.
• Identify and troubleshoot delivery partner (DP) issues efficiently.
• Provide timely and professional communication with partners and internal teams.
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases appropriately through the escalation matrix.
• Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
• Use analytical and logical reasoning to suggest process enhancements.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced operations environment.

Required Qualifications

Education: Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
Experience: 0–4 years (Logistics background preferred).

Skills:

• Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Internet Explorer.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and ability to navigate multiple applications/websites.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
