- Kickstart your career with ServiceNow as a Technical Support Engineer (Automation). In this role, you will support global customers, solve technical problems, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while learning cutting-edge technologies on the ServiceNow platform.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with queries and technical issues via chat, email, and calls.
- Troubleshoot and analyze problems using logs and diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
- Provide feedback to improve our product and support processes.
- Learn and grow your expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field from a Tier 1 college.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic exposure to programming/scripting (JavaScript, Shell, PowerShell – preferred, not
- mandatory).
- Awareness of Operating Systems (Windows/Unix) and Cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure).
- Passion to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
